If your new site doesn’t convert a higher percentage of visitors into qualified leads than your old one within 90 days of launch, we keep working on it free until it does. We measure everything, so there’s no argument about whether it worked.
Why is the Conversion Rebuild cheaper than a New Build?
Because your traffic already exists, we can prove the lift in 90 days instead of 12 months, and we skip building an SEO foundation from zero. In exchange, you agree to share your results as a published case study. You get the rebuild at less than half rate, we get to publish your numbers. Fair trade, not a lesser build.
How do I know if I qualify for the Rebuild?
The free teardown checks your traffic and shows you exactly where leads are leaking, no call required. Roughly: 300+ visitors a month and an average job worth $1,500+ usually qualifies.
Why not a $60/month template site?
A template is cheaper the way a ute with no engine is cheaper. It sits there. This quotes jobs at 11pm and screens tyre-kickers before they reach you. A $3k template rebuilt every two years also costs more by year five, the rebuild tax.
Why do you publish prices when other agencies don’t?
Because hiding the number wastes your time and ours. New Build starts at $8,000. If you qualify, the Conversion Rebuild is $4,000 fixed. Either way, you know the number before you call.
What does it really cost all up?

What’s NOT included?
Content photography, long-form copywriting (we direct, you or a partner writes), and paid ads management. Hosting, security and uptime are covered by your Care or Grow plan from day one.
Payment terms?
Half upfront, half on launch. One fixed number in writing, agreed before we start. Custom software phases are invoiced per milestone, so you’ve always received working software before you pay for more.
Why are you cheaper than the $50–150k software firms?
No agency overhead and a heavily systemised build process. The standards don’t drop, the hours do. You pay for outcomes, not headcount.
